Life is about pro-choice it's not always pro-life (this is not an abortion debate). As women we choose pro-choice on all aspects of our lives even when we allow others to choose for us. One thing I see we as women fail to realize is we forget how to be pro-life. Isn't our lives important as anyone else's life? Shouldn't we be worthy of happiness, love and all the other things which are highly regarded. Then I impose upon you to stand up and become pro-life of self.

Is Life Important?
I ask this question simply because it just came to me. As I study myself and my foremothers before me I realize that those of my mom and my generations have been taught feminine concepts from a patriarchal view. I say this, whose life is more important to save the mother or the child? As a maternal and child advocate this is a tough question but from a spiritual interpretation it depends on which soul wants to be here. If we start back learning life as a cosmology and not as different fragmented studies then this overstanding will be clear as to why I believe this.

Each Day Is A New Beginning
After a few rough days of utter blah which came full force after my powerful ethereal high, I am back. I go through these rough patches of what ever I put in my mouth just doesn't agree with my body. After much contemplating the only conclusion I can process is that my higher conscious is forcing me to leave low vibrations alone. I know proper eating for my body and know when to eat food accordingly, yet I fall back into the deep ravine of junkfood HELL.
So my new mantra is "Each day is a new beginning", meaning I am not to worry about yesterday because it has now become history and is irrelevant in my near future or present. SO today I woke up rising back to that ethereal bliss. I am at my CO-OP enjoying the weather on the patio after a refreshing glass of water, red plum, fresh bread with soft cheese and I will finish it off with a superb cup of hot tea.

LIVING MY LIFE LIKE IT'S GOLDEN
Thanks Ms. Jill Scott, I am basking in your words.
Truly I am at my local co-op enjoying the sun and shade on the patio. As the cars on the street pass by and the weedeater works, I am living my life like it's golden. I am so carefree, no worries nor pains. I am so relaxed and haven't even had an orgasm, let me take that back maybe I have in the ethereal realm because I truly feel vangloriously great.
Today it's about letting my glow sustain me. I have become so aware of energy vampires it's really and truly, sadly ridiculous. Be they're peers, elders or loved ones they are there waiting to suck you dry and still leave unhappy, bitter, angry, full of misery, and pain.
SMH
Repeat after me, " My pain is my own, I can't share it with others and people must realize this. My joy is my own, I can't share it with others and people must realize this; however, I can and will show it."
Have a vanglorious day.

Loving You, No LOVING ME!!!
Love,
Love is the answer.
It's the most vital essence of humanity.
Without Love there is an overabundance of chaos in the world.
I am Love
Living for
Oneself which is
Vital for
Evolving.
That is the answer.

Living Life
Whew!!!!!!
I feel great about life. After the last month of realizing that Life Is What You Make It, I feel great. I was out one day headed to the TMobile store when it hit me that I had not been living life for the last 5.5 years. I gave up on life going through the motions and not being content to be myself.
I would hang out but feel out of sorts not in place and safe in my skin. You know the feeling you look cute, know you're cute; but go out and feel like shit.
Well that was me never felt comfortable didn't know what had happened to my drive and zealousness for life. So with a new look (Cut all my hair off), got pierced ;P and doing what I do best creating. I am back on top of the world.

How Well Do You Know Your Cycle?
1) Do you know when you ovulate?
2) Many women don't know when, what, how, why and all that stuff.
3) It's mad important.

At my young age of 28, I have noticed many women are completely unaware of their ovulation cycle. For instance, back in January I went to a baby shower and an associate was using just the calendar method to track her ovulation (side-eye, I know just calendar). I said that's not accurate have you tried.... before I could open my mouth another woman at the table said, "Ask your doctor they should be able to tell you when you ovulate." OMG..... My mouth fell wide open and I had to refrain myself from being the crusader and instigator so I shut my mouth.
When has a doctor been able to tell a woman when she ovulates? I ask this because if this was the case there wouldn't be ovulation kits, fertility clinics and procedures and other money making procedures to insure fertility.
I suggest every woman needs to read this book here: (www.tcoyf.com). This book is a true eye-opener with a wealth of knowledge. It discusses Fertility Awareness Method (FAM), yes this method differs from Family Natural Planning (FNP).

The Difference Between FAM & FNP
The main difference is FNP does temperature, cervical fluid and FAM does those as well plus cervix position; hence the main difference.
Don't take my word for it read it, re-read it, chart, and learn yourself.
Peace
